Position- Area Sales Manager – GT
Location – Rest of Karnataka
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Achieve Primary, Secondary Sales and distribution targets.
• Expand Distribution: Achieving Numeric & Weighted distribution targets and ensuring
visibility.
• Team Management - Recruitment, retention and training for team.
• Infrastructure building - Build and sustain a network of channel partners
• Finances - Managing outstandings and collection for the concerned area.
• Implementation, review and monitoring of sales systems - Field Assist and MIS
reporting etc.
• Sales Forecasting - Minimising the variances between forecast and actuals.
• Execution of BTL activations, sampling activations in the region.
• Overseeing the zone operations related to stock, claims, manpower, infrastructure.
Minimum Qualifications - Preferably MBA
Overall experience - 8 to 15 years
Relevant experience – 8 to10 years in GT sales
Preferred Companies - FMCG, OTC, Telecom
