Job Role : Own the GT sales engine across Maharashtra. Build and manage a high-performing field sales team, develop the channelpartner ecosystem, and drive primary & secondary sales growth.

Job Description:
Team Leadership & Management: Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a growing team of Sales Executives across Maharashtra. Set individual targets, run regular training, track productivity, and build a results-driven sales culture.
Channel Architecture & Expansion: Manage and lead the Super Stockist and Channel Partner network across Maharashtra and strengthen relationships with existing partners and continuously identify and onboard new wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.
Sales Planning & Forecasting: Set and track monthly and quarterly primary sales targets in alignment with brand priorities. Monitor secondary sales data to identify gaps, low inventory, and coverage opportunities across geographies.
Market Intelligence: Collect & compile field data from sales team. Report on competition, pricing, SKU performance, and consumer trends. Use insights for brand & NPD decisions.
Merchandising & Execution Standards: Ensure brand visibility and merchandising standards are consistently upheld at point of sale across the entire channel partner network.
Must Have
- 5+ years of GT sales experience in Beauty / Perfume / FMCG, with a minimum of 2 years managing a field sales team Demonstrated success in building or scaling a distributor / channel partner network from early stage
- Data-literate — comfortable working with primary/secondary sales metrics, route productivity, and coverage analysis
- Clear, confident communicator in Hindi — written and spoken; professional English proficiency
- Patient, organised, and field-oriented — willing to be in market regularly across Maharashtra
- Digital / tech savvy — comfortable with reporting tools and field data collection apps
- Min. 5 years of total work experience, including 2+ years in a field team management role
