Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Area Sales Manager specializing in the Beauty & Cosmetics trade. The successful candidate will develop and nurture business relationships with distributors, retailers, and brands. Responsibilities include strategizing and executing sales plans, managing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets. The Area Sales Manager will analyze market trends, provide exceptional customer service, and collaborate with internal teams to align on business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, and Business Development, ideally in the Beauty & Cosmetics sector
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, trade dynamics, and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in data analysis, sales forecasting, and market research methodologies
- Capability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with international business operations, including exports and distribution chains, is a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally to attend industry events and meet partners
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
