Role Description
This full-time, on-site role as an Area Sales Manager will be based in Udaipur. The role involves driving sales and revenue growth for the electronica finance vertical through effective sales strategy development and team management. The Area Sales Manager will oversee a team of sales personnel, identify and develop business opportunities, establish relationships with clients and partners, and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards. The individual will also monitor market trends, manage client queries, and work towards achieving sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Team management and leadership abilities, including training, mentoring, and motivating team members.
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Understanding of financial products and services, with knowledge of the banking or finance industry being a plus.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude, with an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. An MBA qualification is preferred.
- Prior sales experience in a similar role within the financial sector is advantageous.
