Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO)
Experience: 10–12 Years
Location: East Region (UP / Bihar / NE7)
Industry: Retail / Apparel / Lifestyle / Fashions
Role Purpose:
To drive sales growth, operational excellence, and brand visibility across Exclusive Brand Outlets in the East region while ensuring profitability and superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Revenue Management
- Drive achievement of regional sales targets and KPIs across EBOs
- Monitor store-wise performance and implement corrective actions
- Analyze sales trends, competition, and market dynamics
2. Store Operations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all outlets
- Maintain VM (Visual Merchandising) standards as per brand guidelines
- Monitor stock availability, replenishment, and inventory control
3. Team Management
- Lead, train, and motivate store managers and sales teams
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
- Ensure manpower planning and staff productivity
4. Expansion & Business Development
- Identify potential locations for new EBOs
- Coordinate with landlords, mall management, and internal teams for store launches
- Support franchise partners (if applicable)
5. Customer Experience
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Implement CRM initiatives and loyalty programs
- Handle escalations and improve store feedback scores
6. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements
- Prepare MIS reports, sales analysis, and business reviews
- Coordinate with HO functions (HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance)

Key Requirements:
- 10–12 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in EBO format

- Willingness to travel extensively within the region
