Designation: Area Sales Manager - Dermatology
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential dermatology clinics and modern trade accounts.
- Drive new account acquisition and ensure smooth onboarding of partners.
- Build strong relationships with clinics and accounts to ensure repeat business and long-term collaboration.
- Manage day-to-day account activities, resolve queries, and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular market insights, competitor activity updates, and customer feedback to management.
Requirements
- 5-6 years of sales experience in Pharma, Derma-cosmetics, or Retail healthcare.
- Prior experience as a Medical Representative (MR), Sales Executive, or Sales Manager is a plus.
- Strong network in dermatology, cosmetology, modern trade or related healthcare segments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work.
- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while driving business growth.
