Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Delhi NCR. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing a team, achieving targets, and developing strong relationships with clients and channel partners. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, training and mentoring sales teams, managing market strategies, and coordinating with partner banks and NBFCs. The manager will also ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction while promoting various financial products tailored to client needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, team leadership, and business development strategies
- Proficiency in client relationship management and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of financial products such as loans, credit cards, and insurance
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in using digital platforms and tools such as CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in loan distribution, banking, or financial services is highly desirable
