Job Title: Regional Manager
Qualifications:
- Graduate minimum + PGDM/MBA in Sales/Business Management (or Master's in Social Work with CSR/fundraising experience) is great
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation & Business Growth: Drive monthly/quarterly revenue targets through corporate fundraising and institutional sales. Develop scalable revenue strategies for the entire North region.
- High-End Corporate Client & Stakeholder Management: Handle key corporate clients, pitch proposals, and close high-value partnerships. Build relationships with CSR heads and government bodies.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and motivate regional sales team. Conduct team-building activities to enhance productivity.
- Strategic Sales & Conversion Optimization: Design end-to-end sales strategies. Analyze market trends to improve conversions.
- Donor Acquisition & Retention: Identify and onboard new corporate donors. Maintain donor databases for consistent engagement.
- Government & Institutional Liaisoning: Represent organization in meetings with government officials and PSUs.
- Travel & Field Operations: Willingness to travel across north region for client meetings.
- Has to manage CM & BD team size of more than 20-25 people.
Selection Criteria (Must-Have):
- 10-15 years in B2B sales/corporate fundraising
- Proven revenue target achievement
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Sales strategy and team mentoring experience
- CRM proficiency
- Fund Raising through Corporates
- From NGO Background Is must
Preferred Skills:
- Development sector/CSR fundraising experience
- Government tender/institutional sales exposure
