Job Title: Sales Manager / Sr sale Executive Building Materials
Location: Pune (PMC or PCMC)
Industry: Cement / AAC Blocks / RMP / Tile Adhesives / Construction Chemicals
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our building materials business in Pune and surrounding markets. The role involves managing channel sales, developing dealer/distributor networks, handling project sales, and leading a sales team to achieve aggressive growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of cement, AAC blocks, RMP, and tile adhesives
- Develop and manage dealer/distributor network
- Generate business from builders, contractors & project sites
- Achieve sales targets and expand market share
- Lead and monitor sales team performance
- Appoint new channel partners in assigned territory
- Build strong relationships with key customers
- Track market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure timely collections and credit control
- Plan and execute sales strategies for growth
Required Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2-10 years in building materials sales
- Minimum 2-3 years in team handling role for Manager.
- Must have experience in: Cement / AAC Blocks / Tile Adhesive / RMP / Construction Chemicals
- Strong dealer and project network in Pune region
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Good leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Local market knowledge is mandatory
