Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The primary responsibilities include managing sales activities, developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, coordinating with the internal team for seamless operations, and staying updated on industry trends to drive market growth.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in building materials or related industries
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to cultivate and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in market analysis and business development strategies
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Knowledge of the building materials industry and market trends is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area as required
