Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations in the assigned region, including client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will also involve coordinating with the internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and addressing client requirements efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Experience in account management and client relationship building
- Market research and business development expertise
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proven organizational and time management abilities
- Working knowledge or experience in the building materials or related industries is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
