Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for an Area Sales Manager - B2C. The Area Sales Manager will lead and execute sales strategies for the B2C segment, drive revenue growth, and build relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and end-users. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, ensuring effective product promotions, training sales teams and channel partners, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The role also involves analyzing market trends, monitoring customer needs, and developing strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Channel Management
- Proficiency in Market Analysis, Competitor Benchmarking, and Sales Strategy Development
- Customer Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple accounts effectively
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and diverse environment
- Prior experience in the sanitary ware, construction, or building materials industry is preferred
