Role Description
The Area Sales Manager (B2B) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and acquiring new business clients, managing and nurturing existing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting NoBroker's B2B solutions. The candidate will lead strategic initiatives, analyze market trends, and collaborate across teams to deliver innovative solutions to clients. Regular reporting, forecasting, and active participation in sales strategy development are also key responsibilities. The role requires a hands-on, solution-oriented approach to establish strong client partnerships and drive growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales software, and data-driven decision making
- Leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to manage and guide junior team members
- Goal-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong understanding of the real estate or PropTech industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field is preferred
