Role Description
We are looking for an Area Sales Manager (B2B) to join our growing team in Pune City. This is a full-time, on-site role. As an Area Sales Manager, you will manage and drive sales within your assigned region by developing strong business-to-business relationships. Your responsibilities will include acquiring and managing key accounts, nurturing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will also be responsible for planning and executing strategies to expand the customer base and maintain a deep understanding of market trends to stay ahead in a competitive environment.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in B2B Sales, Account Management, and Client Acquisition
- Experience in Sales Strategy Development, Market Analysis, and Revenue Generation
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management capabilities
- Ability to lead and mentor teams, manage clients effectively, and execute sales targets
- Experience in the real estate or technology sector preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Results-driven mindset with exceptional organization and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and relevant software
