Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Sirsa. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, manage dealer networks, and achieve assigned targets within the designated area.
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with dealers, planning and executing sales strategies, and providing regular market feedback. Additionally, the Area Sales Manager will monitor competitor activities and ensure timely resolution of customer and dealer concerns.
Qualifications:
- Strong sales and business development skills, including experience in managing dealer networks and achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and developing local sales strategies.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Understanding of the electric vehicles market or automotive industry preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently while achieving expected results.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
