We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive sales performance, manage teams, and strengthen our brand presence within the hospital network.

- Role: Area Sales Manager
- Experience: 8+ Years
- Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Create area sales plans and quotas aligned with business objectives.
- Achieve quarterly and annual business targets for the assigned region.
- Build and strengthen the brand within the hospital network zone.
- Maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital partners, and customers.
- Identify hiring needs, recruit and train new sales executives.
- Monitor daily MIS and product performance across branches.
- Prepare sales reports and PowerPoint presentations for management.
- Manage reconciliation and coordination with hospitals.
Requirements
- Strong B2C sales experience (preferably in BFSI, Insurance, Retail, Telecom, or Credit Cards).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
- Team management experience with a proven leadership track record.
- Experience in employee retention and attrition control.
- Ability to drive revenue growth and manage multiple stakeholders.
