We are seeking a seasoned and results-oriented professional to oversee our Used Commercial Vehicle (UCV) business operations in Mumbai. This role is focused on fostering business growth, enhancing volume, managing dealer/channel relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Drive
business growth and volume expansion in the Used Commercial Vehicle sector.
Formulate and implement
sales strategies aimed at meeting targets and ensuring profitability.
Establish and maintain a robust
dealer/channel network throughout Mumbai and surrounding areas.
Guide, mentor, and supervise the
sales team to optimize productivity and performance.
Analyze market trends and competition to uncover
new business opportunities.
Ensure excellent
portfolio quality and compliance with credit policies (if applicable for NBFC/Banking).
Cooperate with internal teams (credit, operations, collections) to guarantee smooth operational execution.
Monitor and enhance essential metrics such as
disbursement, conversion, and revenue growth.
Candidate Profile:
8-15+ years of experience in
Used Commercial Vehicle / CV Sales / Auto Finance.
A proven record in
team leadership and fostering business growth.
A strong comprehension of the
dealer ecosystem and market dynamics.
Experience In NBFCs, Banks, Or Auto Dealerships Is Preferred.
Exceptional
leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Aptitude for achieving results in a
target-oriented environment.
Preferred Background:
Experience in
Used CV / Truck financing / Vehicle resale ecosystem.
Familiarity with the
Mumbai market is considered an advantage.
