Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Rajahmundry for an Area Sales Manager. The individual will oversee sales operations within the region, ensure targets are achieved, and develop strategies to enhance customer acquisition. Responsibilities include managing a sales team, building and maintaining strong client relationships, analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth, and ensuring compliance with company policies and objectives. The role also requires collaboration with management to drive business expansion and support the organization's vision.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Business Development skills with experience in planning and forecasting
- Leadership and Team Management expertise to guide and motivate a sales team
- Proficiency in Market Analysis and Customer Relationship Management
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision making
- Previous experience in the financial services or housing finance sector is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
