Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in India for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned territory, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic sales plans. Additional responsibilities include monitoring market trends, analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to meet sales objectives effectively.

- Strong interpersonal communication and client relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in sales planning, execution, and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with the lighting, electrical, or energy products industry is a plus.

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and sales reporting systems.
- Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
