Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Ranchi. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading a sales team. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, formulating strategies, providing training, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure continued customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, including account management, business development, and relationship management
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and strategic planning abilities to assess market trends and develop sales strategies
- Proficiency in leading a team, providing training, and motivating members
- Experience in the furniture or hardware industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to work on-site and travel as required
