Role Description
The Area Sales Manager at Urjja One Powertech LLP is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur. The role involves leading regional sales strategies, building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth within an assigned area. Additional responsibilities include managing sales teams, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and forecasting to maximize market potential and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development experience, including lead generation, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
- Market Analysis and Strategic Planning skills to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills to establish and maintain strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
- Team Leadership and Management experience, with the ability to inspire and coordinate a sales team to achieve collective goals.
- Problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset for addressing client needs and leveraging market insights.
- Familiarity with energy solutions or related sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-enablement technologies is a plus.
- Relevant bachelor's degree (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field); an MBA is a plus.
- Passion for sustainability and clean energy solutions.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area as required.
