Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, based in Guwahati. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, build and maintain relationships with clients, and develop strategies to meet sales targets. The role involves identifying new market opportunities, leading a sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Area Sales Manager will be responsible for analyzing market trends, providing feedback to management, and ensuring adherence to company goals and policies.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including client relationship management and the ability to identify and acquire new customers
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning to optimize sales performance
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills
- Familiarity with sustainable energy solutions, or the energy industry, is a valuable asset
- Problem-solving abilities, multitasking capability, and high adaptability to dynamic environments
- Strong organizational skills to manage tasks and priorities effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Salary - Upto 25k plus Incentives
