Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Nasik. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within the assigned region, develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, and foster relationships with clients and financial partners. Key responsibilities include leading a team of sales professionals, driving business growth, analyzing market trends, managing client portfolios, and maintaining accurate sales records. This role requires collaboration across teams and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills
- Proven experience in sales within the banking or financial services sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Working knowledge of loans, mortgage processes, and financial products
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
- Experience in managing diverse teams across multiple locations is an advantage
