Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, based in Nellore. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and financial institutions, and managing a team of loan advisors. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day sales operations, conducting training for team members, ensuring compliance with company policies, and working to enhance customer satisfaction throughout the loan application process.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- Team leadership, training, and performance management capabilities.
- Exceptional client relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of financial products such as loans, mortgages, and financial advising.
- Understanding of documentation, compliance, and operational requirements in the lending industry.
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work within stringent deadlines.
- Prior experience in the banking, financial services, or real estate sector is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
