Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vijayawada for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales performance in designated territories, develop and implement sales strategies, and manage a team to achieve business goals. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and channel partners, ensuring timely loan processing and disbursements, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with financial institutions. The role also involves driving customer satisfaction by delivering comprehensive and efficient loan solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management, Client Acquisition, and Team Leadership
- Strong understanding of Loan Products, Mortgage Solutions, and Financial Services
- Ability to establish and maintain partnerships with financial institutions and channel partners
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Result-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Analytical skills to monitor market trends and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in sales-related software and tools
- Willingness to work on-site in Vijayawada
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
