Role Description
We are seeking an Area Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Bhopal. The role involves leading and managing the sales team to meet regional sales targets, identifying and nurturing client relationships, and driving business growth. The Area Sales Manager will oversee performance tracking, ensure compliance with company standards, and collaborate with financial institutions to develop tailored loan solutions. Analytical and strategic thinking to optimize sales processes and meet goals is essential for this position.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead conversion, and meeting sales targets
- Proficiency in team management, training, and performance evaluation
- Knowledge of the financial and mortgage lending industry, including loan advisory, documentation, and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management
- Analytical thinking and strategic planning to drive business growth
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications
- Experience in managing partnerships with financial institutions is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA is an advantage
