Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in NCR for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will oversee regional sales operations, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, achieve sales targets, and expand market presence. Responsibilities include driving new business opportunities, managing a team of sales representatives, preparing sales forecasts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through structured follow-ups and solution-based approaches.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and territory management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends, develop strategic plans, and meet key performance targets.
- Experience in managing and mentoring sales teams, providing leadership and motivation to achieve team goals.
- Proficiency in sales tools and CRM software, with the ability to manage and organize sales data effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities under deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the POS, retail, or technology industry is a significant advantage.
