📋 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Achieve primary sales targets (overall and super-dealer wise)
✅ Drive secondary order targets (self and team)
✅ Ensure super-dealers pass schemes, discounts, and samples to sub-dealers/retailers
✅ Plan and onboard doctors, hospitals & sub-dealers in gap areas
✅ Prepare and adhere to journey plans (self & team)
✅ Product demos to Doctors, Physios, and P&Os
✅ Guide team in effectively using the SFA app
🎯 Eligibility:
📍 Location: Gurgaon
📅 Experience: 8 to 15 years
CTC: Upto 10.00 LPA (Including Variables)
🎓 Qualification: D.Pharma / B.Pharma / M.Pharma / BSc / MBA
🏥 Industry Preference: Pharma / Medical Devices / Surgical/OTC
