Role Title: Area Sales Manager
Location: Rajasthan
Reporting to: Zonal Head
Regions to cover: Rajasthan territory
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base
● Managing the entire sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure.
● Meeting and exceeding Sales targets for the assigned territories.
● Nurture dealers and channel partners.
● Identify market development opportunities and increase unit growth and revenue growth through direct customer management and channel partner management

● Team-oriented with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
● Worked in B2D sales channel.
● Result-oriented way of working with ownership and responsibility, methodical planner and organised in work.
● A go-getter always ready for new challenges, boots-on-the-ground.
● To build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders including channel partners.
● Coordination with the purchase authorities and distributors/dealer for ensuring supply and liquidation of products.
● Sales and collection target met or exceeded.
● Grow revenue from current and new customer base.
● Implement all national promotions and programs locally and execute CMEs
● Maintain consistent customer contact and relationship.
● Market feedback on competitors' activity and offerings.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical / Science / Engineering
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B and B2D sales, preferably in SaaS, healthcare technology, or enterprise sales.
- Proven experience in managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets.
Skills:
- Strong account management and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with sales dashboards and CRM tools
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles
Communication & Languages
- Fluency in English, Hindi and the local language
