Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, based in Gurugram, India. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets within the designated region. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, strategizing and executing sales plans, conducting market research, managing a sales team, monitoring market trends, and providing insights to the management. The role also involves collaboration across departments to ensure customer satisfaction and the successful implementation of sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Proficiency in market research, strategic planning, and sales forecasting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets
- Proven understanding of Polycarbonate & Acrylic Sheets or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic market and work in a fast-paced environment
