Role Description
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets in the assigned region. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, this role involves leading a sales team, monitoring market trends, and generating reports to support business decisions.

- Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Revenue Growth
- Proficiency in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Relationship Management
- Team Leadership, Team Coordination, and People Management skills
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
- Proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Comfortable working in an on-site setting within Noida
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is a plus
