Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a team of Advisor to ensure they possess the skills and
motivation roles.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives through the agency channel
Candidate Profile:
- Any Graduation.
- Over 2 years of sales & marketing experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is required.
