Experience: 2+ Years in Field Sales/BFSI Sales
CTC: 6.00 CTC + Incentive + Others Benefits

Responsibilities:
- Create the necessary sales team
- Find and train the Team
- Regularly meet with Team
- Improving sales success
- Helping the sales Team to complete sales goals
- Educating clients about the benefits of company's products
- Manage the entire sales process
Candidate Profile:
- Any Graduation.
- Over 2 years of sales & marketing experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is required.
