What is the role of an Area Sales Manager?
In this role, you will recruit and manage insurance advisors under the Agency Channel. You will guide and support advisors in generating business, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your responsibility will also include field activities, team handling, and business development.
What is the salary for this role?
The fixed CTC is 3.45 LPA. In addition, you can earn monthly performance-based incentives based on target achievement.
What experience is required?
A minimum of 2+ years of experience in any sales is mandatory. Candidates from FMCG, BFSI, Pharma, Real Estate, Paint Industry, and Distributor (DSA) backgrounds can apply.
What education is required?
Candidates must be graduates.
What is the lead advantage in this role?
