Experience: 2+ Years in Field Sales/BFSI Sales
CTC: 6.00 CTC + Incentive + Others Benefits

Responsibilities:
- Hire and manage a team of advisors
- Drive business through team performance
- Motivate team members to achieve sales goals
- Provide on-field support for sales closure
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers
Candidate Profile:
- Any Graduation.
- Over 2 years of sales & marketing experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is required.
