We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven area sales manager to lead sales initiatives, manage a team of team leaders, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and the ability to generate new business opportunities in the assigned area.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead, recruit, and manage a team of Team Leaders and sales executives
- Drive sales performance and achieve business targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Generate new business and expand market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Monitor team performance and provide training and support
- Ensure timely reporting and adherence to company policies
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation in any stream
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing
- Candidate must be local to the hiring location
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
