Job Role: Area Sales Manager

Experience: 2+ Years in Field Sales

CTC: 3.15 to 3.45 CTC + Incentive + Others Benefits

Location: Jamshedpur

Responsibilities:

Build a strong advisor base in the assigned region

Enable advisors to achieve sales goals through training and support

Drive new business acquisition and renewal business

Monitor advisor activity and improve conversion ratios

Maintain discipline, compliance, and reporting standards

Required Candidate profile :

Experience: 2 to 5 Years in Sales and Marketing

Strong leadership skills with a target-focused approach

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
