Experience: 1+ Years in Field Sales
CTC: 6.00 CTC + Incentive + Others Benefits
Location: Jaipur
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a team of Advisor to ensure they possess the skills and
- motivation roles.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives through
Candidate Profile:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (an MBA is advantageous).
- Over 2 years of sales & marketing experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Compensation up to 6.00 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
- Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is required.
