🔹 Position: Area Sales Manager (ASM)
📍 Location: Guwahati (Role covers Assam & North-East India)
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales growth and expand market presence across Assam and North-East India
• Develop and manage distributor and retailer networks in the region
• Onboard partners for our digital and EMI solutions
• Lead and manage Territory Sales Managers (TSMs)
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
🔹 Requirements:
• 3–8 years of experience in field / channel sales
• Experience in Mobile, Telecom, Fintech, or Distribution industry preferred
• Strong understanding of Assam / North-East market
• Proven team handling and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region
