Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, based in Vijayawada. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by leading a team of sales professionals, achieving sales targets, and building relationships with customers. Additional responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and providing training and mentorship to the sales team. The role also requires ensuring compliance with company policies and delivering excellent customer service in alignment with organizational goals.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Leadership and team management capabilities to mentor and oversee a sales team effectively
- Market research and business development skills to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Proven understanding of financial products and services is a plus
