Role Description
This full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager is based in KOTA . The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales activities, develop and manage client relationships, lead, coach and motivate the sales team, and implement strategies to achieve business targets. Other responsibilities include monitoring market trends, analyzing sales data, and identifying opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Strategies, Client Management, and Business Development
- Strong ability in Team Leadership, Motivation, and Training
- Excellent Market Analysis, Forecasting, and Decision-Making skills
- Effective Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation skills
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales and team management is preferred
