We are hiring Area Sales Managers across multiple locations including Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi, and Bhubaneswar. This role is responsible for driving regional sales growth, achieving revenue targets, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and expanding market presence in the healthcare and medical devices segment.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales revenue and achieve monthly/quarterly targets for the assigned territory
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, physiotherapists, and hospital administrators
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
• Work closely with Product Specialists for technical discussions and demos
• Manage and track the sales pipeline, follow-ups, and conversions
• Appoint and manage channel partners/distributors where required
• Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback
• Participate in medical conferences, workshops, and events to promote products
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit regular sales reports
