Role Requirements
- Revenue Generation: You will be responsible for generating sales and meeting revenue targets for the region.
- Target-Oriented: You should have a strong focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales revenue and achieve monthly/quarterly targets for the assigned territory
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, physiotherapists, and hospital administrators
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Work closely with Product Specialists for technical discussions and demos
- Manage and track the sales pipeline, follow-ups, and conversions
- Appoint and manage channel partners/distributors where required
- Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups
- Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback
- Participate in medical conferences, workshops, and events to promote products
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit regular sales reports.
