Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, based in Gurgaon. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing, mentoring, and motivating a team of sales professionals. Key responsibilities include setting sales targets, crafting strategies to achieve them, monitoring team performance, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and identifying new business opportunities to expand market presence. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to company policies and processes will also be integral to the role.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, and Client Relationship Management.
- Strong Leadership, Team Management, Motivation, and Organizational skills to guide and inspire teams towards achieving targets.
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills to build strong client relations and foster partnerships.
- Ability to develop and implement data-driven strategies through Market Analysis and Trend Identification.
- Experienced in working with CRM tools and proficiency in relevant software for managing sales pipelines and performance tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in the real estate or Proptech industry will be advantageous.
