I am looking for a talented Sales Leader who can manage a team of 10 professionals to drive business growth and ensure maximum profitability.
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the team to consistently achieve business targets
- Connect with prospects to maximize qualified site visits
- Hire, train, groom, and mentor a high-performing sales team
- Conduct daily sales coaching and performance reviews
- Meet clients at site, present projects, pitch solutions, and close transactions
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in sales and team lead
- Previous industry experience would be a plus
