Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Business Development Manager role located in Noida. The selected candidate will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and executing strategic business plans. The role includes negotiating contracts, conducting market research and analysis, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize customer solutions. The candidate will also represent the company at industry events and act as a brand ambassador to promote company services and value propositions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in business development, relationship management, and sales strategies
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and problem-solving
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic planning and ability to identify potential growth opportunities
- Knowledge of the real estate industry or familiarity with proptech solutions is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Previous ed tech experience is a plus

- Working Days : Wed - Sun ; Mon - Tue Fixed off
- Working Hours : 10am to 7pm
- Salary : 9LPA to 15LPA
