Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, based in Amritsar. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations within the designated area, achieving sales targets, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks include leading and mentoring sales teams, developing and executing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, analyzing sales data, and ensuring excellent customer service to meet business objectives effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Leadership skills
- Expertise in Team Management and Motivating Sales Teams to achieve targets
- Proficiency in Data Analysis, Reporting, and Market Research
- Ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions and develop innovative sales solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the food or retail industry is an advantage
- Willingness to travel as needed for business development and client meetings
