Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead our sales initiatives in Navi Mumbai. The role involves managing and growing business in the assigned region, building strong relationships with ENT doctors, pharmacies, and channel partners, and driving patient footfall and hearing aid sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify and onboard new business opportunities and partners in the region.
- Manage and motivate a small team of field executives or sales representatives.
- Regularly report sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Healthcare Management preferred).
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in sales/business development, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or pharma.
- Location Knowledge: Must be familiar with Navi Mumbai and surrounding areas.
- Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi will be an advantage.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
