Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, located in Kolkata. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned region, managing the sales team, and developing customer relationships. Key responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, identifying business opportunities, managing client accounts, and achieving revenue and growth targets. The role also involves coordinating with the design, production, and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of projects.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management and strong negotiation skills.
- Experience in the industrial or pre-engineered building sector is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region as required by the role.
