Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Faridabad for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, build relationships with new and existing clients, and expand the company’s market footprint. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring a sales team, achieving sales targets, analyzing market trends, and developing strategies to boost revenue and customer acquisition. The role involves regular client meetings, identifying opportunities for business growth, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, client relationship building, and negotiation skills
- Team management and leadership experience
- Ability to analyze market trends and create effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Prior experience in automotive or related industries is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and support regional sales operations
